Nanashi is a Hunter in training based in Kinshicho, alongside his adoptive sister Asahi. As the playable character, he does not speak, but rather has his responses chosen by the player when prompted. These responses can range from understanding and sympathetic to harsh and blunt. The people around him tend to defer the leadership role to him, seeing him as strong and capable. He also happens to be a deep sleeper and rousing him awake becomes an arduous task.
He wears a forest green jumpsuit decorated with patches of varying military-esque designs and typography, such as the phrase "NO WAR" and the opening verse to John Lennon's "Imagine". He also sports a singular glove on his right hand, a pair of knee pads, a utility belt with two slim pouches, a smartphone holder on his left wrist, and a strap around his torso to hold his all-black ninjatō [a] when he's not wielding it. He has half-shaved hair, with its longer ends parted to the right, alongside brown eyes. After meeting Dagda and agreeing to his terms, Nanashi's eyes turn green and he gains green markings on his right cheek and his left hand.

Last Chronicle
Nanashi is one of the characters featured in the crossover with the Japanese trading card game Last Chronicle. His card, featuring an illustration drawn by Ikumi Fukuda, was released in the Rebel Contract Deck[2], which also featured illustrations of Dagda, Walter, and Jonathan.
↑A ninjatō is a Japanese short sword that is wielded by ninjas, although there is no historical evidence of this weapon having been used during the country's feudal period.
