Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Children: Messiah Riser is a 2004 real-time strategy role-playing game for Game Boy Advance, and spin-off in the Devil Children series. It was developed by Multimedia Intelligence Transfer and published by Atlus.

To date, Messiah Riser has not seen an official release outside of Japan nor a translation patch.

The Imperial Army has begun taking secretive measures towards the "Messiah Riser," which sealed away a malicious Devil. Crisis in Valhalla returns once more... Jin from "Fire Book" and Akira from "Ice Book" battle together with all their might! A real-time simulation in which you command your Demon partners to fight! Enemies attack even while you're issuing commands. Don't let your guard down! Your decisiveness will be put to the test! Collect souls to increase your roster of Demon partners, and make them stronger through fusion! You can also challenge each other and trade via communication!

Long ago, a terrifying Demon appeared in Valhalla and attempted to conquer it, until a Devil Child known as the "Messiah of Legend" fought back, honing the power of four Secret Stones to seal the Demon within the Messiah Riser.

In the present, a revived Imperial Army lays siege to Valhalla in search of the Messiah Riser, with plans to break its seal and unleash the ancient Demon. Ami Kashihara beckons Jin, Akira, and Rena back to Valhalla, wherein they all learn of the Messiah Riser and the four Secret Stones. A new adventure spanning across Valhalla and Makai begins, as the Devil Children set off to find the Secret Stones in order to stop the Imperial Army and restore peace to the world.
