Messiahs in the Diamond Realm is a downloadable story content for Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse. It adds a Challenge Quest that will momentarily transport Nanashi to another area to fight a boss when accepted. The Challenge Quest involves Nanashi being transported to the Diamond Realm to assist the protagonists from previous Shin Megami Tensei games. The downloadable content recommends that players reach the endgame before attempting this Challenge Quest.

The content was released for purchase and download on October 11, 2016 in North America,[1] as part of a weekly wave of downloadable content for Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse. As of the Nintendo 3DS eShop's closure on March 27, 2023, it is no longer possible to purchase or download any of the game's downloadable content.[2]

En no Ozuno explains that he has been transported to a place called the Diamond Realm, although he may be more familiar with it being called the Expanse. He directs Nanashi to meet with Stephen outside the room for further details on his summoning. Before he leaves, the two attendants accompanying En no Ozuno, Zenki and Goki, introduce themselves: Zenki functions as a way for Nanashi to return to his Tokyo, while Goki will heal Nanashi and his party to full health.
