Aogami is a character in Shin Megami Tensei V. Created by Bethel to battle the forces of Chaos, he disappeared after the appearance of Lucifer until the protagonist was transported into Da'at and was threatened by demons. Reawakened, he offered his power to the young man and the two fused into the form of a Nahobino.

Profile

Aogami is a Proto-fiend constructed by Bethel Japan to replenish their forces after the significant losses they faced from Armageddon. His appearance is similar to Hayao Koshimizu, with the main difference being his blue hair and taller height. He wears a fully body skin suit made of white metal with lines of red energy flowing through it, and has a red symbol on his chest resembling the letter S or a magatama.

Aogami is very reserved and acts in an almost robotic manner, faithfully serving Bethel without objection and seeking to protect humanity and the protagonist. However, as he spends more time with the protagonist, he becomes more introspective, questioning his role and displaying affection for the protagonist beyond his programming to protect him. He also shows remorse over the loss of human life, suggesting his actions are driven by compassion rather than just following his programming.

In reality, he contains to soul of Susano-o, who fell in battle during Armageddon and was reconstructed by Koshimizu.
