Origin: Japan/China - A turtle that has been transformed by energy. Like Gui Xian and Kurma, turtles are considered embodiment sof the earth. Turtle shells are thrown into fire, and the cracks that form reveal ley lines.
Shin Megami Tensei: Imagine A mythical beast said to originate in either Japan or China. It is a sacred creature born from the aura and essence of the earth. The Tan-Ki is named in numerous legends, but there is no authoritative source describing its appearance and features. Thus, it is unclear what the Tank-Ki actually looks like.
