Purpose
Tooltip template used to display information when the tooltip icon, displayed as a small demon icon, is hovered over or tapped on mobile. This can be used to give a short, clarifying note about a statement without breaking the flow of an article.
For listing media titles, it is strongly advised to use Template:Exp App instead. For listing game platforms, use Template:Exp Plat.
Usage
Anything entered in the template's information parameter will be displayed as a popup when the tooltip is hovered over or tapped on. This information should be kept concise and on-point; a lengthy description can potentially break a tooltip's popup or otherwise make it difficult to read. For anything that would require a long sentence or a paragraph to describe, it is advised to clarify the information as a note reference instead.
Exp tooltips should immediately follow any punctuation if one is present.
