Thrill is a character in the Devil Summoner series.
Profile
Thrill was a test-tube baby born as part of a genetic experiment in the Soviet Union, in which a fertilized egg was imbued with the genes of a genius. After the Soviet Union's collapse, Thrill moved to the Kansai region in Japan, and he was able to fluently speak the Kansai dialect within days.[1]
