"Fool or Clown?" is used as Tohru Adachi's stage music. On composing it, Kitajoh wrote in the Persona 4 Arena Ultimax Original Soundtrack booklet that he wanted the track to express how odd Adachi is. At first, it sounded like boss music but he felt that didn't fit Adachi so he lightened the sound.[1]

It is track #12 on the Persona 4 Arena Ultimax Original Soundtrack.

At first, it sounded like weighty boss music due to the progression and synths. But that kind of boss-tier heaviness doesn't fit Adachi, so the final sound was made lighter."
