Affinity determines how compatible a Persona and Persona-user are.
High compatibility will grant benefits, while low compatibility will incur demerits. In general, affinity rules are determined on an Arcana-by-Arcana basis, while some Personas are exceptions to those rules.

- The Persona can be equipped but not used in battle. The character still benefits from parameter bonuses and resistances. Skills usable outside of battle can still be used so.
Good
- The Persona can be equipped and used in battle.
Best
- The Persona can be equipped and used in battle. The Persona's Unknown Power may also be activated.
