Template:Release/Documentation

Purpose

Placed in the release= parameter of an infobox to separate release dates by region, including identifying country flags. This template should still be used even if a media has only been released in one region.

Usage

The template should be embedded in the infobox as shown below, with the release taking the place of the country name in "Month Day, Year" format.

If a media has been re-released, such as in the case of game ports or book revisions, then the header= parameter should be used to separate each release.
