Purpose

Used to create tables for documenting item mechanics in the Effect section on Item Pages, using both a header template and multiple row templates. Template:ItemEfct/Header is placed at the top of the table, and the table must be closed by appending |} on the following line.

Usage

For fields that are not applicable to an iteration of the item, omit the parameter from the template. This will add an em dash in its place.

Parameter Description
game The abbreviation of the game that the item information is from. This will automatically create a link.
effect The effect of the item when used or its intended purpose.
battle Can the item be used in battle? Use {{Y}} for yes, {{N}} for no.
outside Can the item be used outside of battle? Use {{Y}} for yes, {{N}} for no.
buy The item's purchase price at stores, if applicable. The price should display the relevant currency symbol. Use {{M}} for Macca and ¥‎ for yen.

If the game has two or more currencies and the buying price differs between them, add both prices on separated line breaks using {{clear}}.

sell The item's selling price at stores, if applicable. Use the relevant currency symbol.

Like above, add the prices on separated line breaks if the pricing differs between two or more currencies.

capacity The item's maximum carrying capacity in the party's inventory.
