Template:Blurb/Documentation

Purpose

Template used to document the blurbs (short descriptive text found on the back of the box or on a digital store page listing) for pieces of media, as well as the blurb's transcription or translation, by specifying the language's ISO 639-1 code. This template is to be placed in Blurb sections.

Usage

Parameters for romanizations (for languages with a non-Latin script) are labeled with R. Parameters for blurb translations are labeled with T. If a language parameter is left blank or omitted, it will not be present in the output. It is recommended to place a dash (—) for any blurb translations that have not yet been created.

This template also supports regional dialects (such as Peninsular Spanish and Latin American Spanish).

In most cases, this is not an issue; however, if this is causing the template to break, using the text &​minus; (for mathematics) or &​#x2D; (otherwise) in place of - will fix the issue by rendering the character via HTML.
