Purpose
Table template used to document the console-level achievements for games. To be used alongside Template:Achievements/Header.
Usage
Achivement tables are used on dedicated Achievements listing pages.
Icon, Trophy, and Gamerscore columns and parameters should be omitted if they are non-applicable to the subject.
Parameter Explanation

|name=The name of the achievement.
|description=The description of the achievement.
|trophy=The type of PlayStation trophy given to the achievement.
|gamerscore=The amount of Xbox Gamerscore points earned from unlocking the achievement.

| Parameter | Notes |

| icon | Optional, but used in most circumstances; if no icons exist for the entire game, place "icon=n" in the header to omit the column. To use, input the full filename for the icon, including the file extension. If there is only one achievement in a game that lacks an icon, use an em dash (—).

| name | A required column. If the name differs between consoles, put each on a separate line and notate which console in (Small Parentheses). If an achievement is absent from one release of a game but present in others, use Template:Note to make a note after the name.

| description | A required column. If the description differs between consoles, put each on a separate line and notate which console in (Small Parentheses)

| trophy | Optional, only used if the game has been released on a PlayStation system with trophies; place "trophy=y" in the header to enable the column. If a game was never released on a PlayStation console with trophies, omit this column. If there is only one achievement in a game that lacks a trophy, use an em dash (—).

| gamerscore | Optional, only used if the game has been released on a Xbox system with achievements; place "gamerscore=y" in the header to enable the column. If a game was never released on an Xbox console with Gamerscore, omit this column. If there is only one achievement in a game that lacks a Gamerscore, use an em dash (—).
