i don't think "Chance Encounter" should be used for this, and i don't think the explanations are so involved that the ally version and the enemy version should be split into 2 different pages. Afaik, "Chance Encounter" and "Pinch Encounter" are the JP terms from P5. They were translated as something like "Ambush" and "Surrounded" in the skill descriptions.
