Sasquatch is a Beast in the Last Bible series.
Profile
Origin
Sasq'ets (lit. "hairy man"), anglicized as Sasquatch, is a being in the folklore of the Sts'ailes, an indigenous people of British Columbia in Canada. Sasq'ets is said to be a caretaker of the land and a protector of its people.[1]
Sasquatch was brought to wider attention by J. W. Burns, who wrote a 1929 magazine article titled "Introducing B.C.'s Hairy Giants".[1] In the second half of the 20th century, cryptozoologists identified Sasquatch as the same as the cryptid Bigfoot of northern California, which is supposedly a bipedal ape-like creature.
