Kabandha is a Demon in the Persona series.

Origin
Kabandha is a figure in the Ramayana. He was once a gandharva named Vishvavasu, but was cursed by Indra to become a demon until his arms were severed. After being freed from the curse by Rama and Lakshmana severing his arms, he advises them to seek Sugriva.
