Availability

Mishima's Confidant is automatically unlocked on May 6; rank 2 is automatically unlocked on May 8. He is located in the evening on Central Street in Shibuya until Shinjuku is unlocked, then on the street in Shinjuku until Akihabara is unlocked, then on the street in Akihabara for the rest of the game.

He is available for Confidant rankups and hangouts on most days that Ren has free time in the evening. The exceptions are easier to note; Mishima is NOT available on these dates when Ren is otherwise free:
May: 9 and 19
June: 21
July: 9 and 29
August: 17, 19, 22, 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, and 29
September: 1, 3, 4, 5, and 25
October: 9, 30, and 31
November: 1, 2, and 25

Mishima is unavailable for the two days immediately after each rankup or hangout; thus Joker may only see him at most once every three days.
After November 25, Mishima is unavailable until the Phantom Thieves steal Shido's treasure.
Mishima's rank 3, 6, 7, 8, and 10 Confidants are unavailable when the weather is Raining or Torrential, as they take place outdoors.
