Ranks 4 and 10 of her Confidant are not available on evenings when the weather is rainy, as they take place outdoors.
When rank 7 of her Confidant is achieved, her next hangout will unlock the request "Fighting for Truth in Journalism." To unlock rank 8 of her Confidant, the Phantom Thieves must venture into Mementos and complete this request.
