Fuzz is a recurring type of Shadow in the Persona series.
Profile
Fuzz were introduced in Persona 4. They are depicted as authority figures wearing masks with "V" on them to signify their relationship to the Hierophant. The middle of their bodies are hollowed out with a key dangling in the middle, similar to the crossed keys to Heaven depicted on the bottom of the Rider-Waite Hierophant card.
