Full Moon Operations are a series of special battles carried out by S.E.E.S.. While there are eight full moons that occur over the course of the story, only six are official Full Moon Operations.

Persona 3

The night S.E.E.S. enters Tartarus to rescue Fuuka Yamagishi, they discover large powerful shadows will appear outside Tartarus and potentially cause damage to the city if they aren't defeated. From June 8 and onward, S.E.E.S. carries out Full Moon Operations to encounter and defeat each shadow.
