They are zombies of people who enjoy being bound, but who only find ecstasy in binding their face and head. This extremely dangerous act resulted in the brain death of its participants via asphyxiation, which is perhaps why these facebinders became zombies. Because their zombie form is still bound around the head, they're even dumber than the average zombie. |
