Equipment in Aegis: The First Mission
This is a list of equipment in Aegis: The First Mission. Weapons and armor can be purchased from Kyouka Sayama in the workshop at the Lab.
Purchased weapons and armor act as upgrades, replacing the previous "rank" weapon or armor with the newly purchased enhancement. This means purchased weapons cannot be sold, and old ranks cannot be equipped.
New types of weapons, however, do not replace older weapons of different types and are upgraded separately from each other.
Weapons
New weapon ranks become available once the previous rank has been purchased, and some ranks have a minimum required level before they can be bought.
There are 3 types of weapons:
- Dual-Wield: This is Aigis' standard rapid-fire finger guns. Starts with 2 bullets fired directly ahead. When upgraded, an additional bullet is added and the bullets' trajectories widen into a cone.
- Single-Handed: A Grenade Launcher which fires a single powerful shot in front of Aigis. It has the longest range but lowest damage.
- Melee: A drill equipped in front of Aigis that deals damage to enemies on contact. It is locked at the start of the game. It has the shortest range but highest damage.

Armor
Armor ranks are all available simultaneously. Purchasing armor multiple ranks above will lock you out of purchasing armor any ranks lower than it.
