The Dark Hour is a thirteenth hour to every day only accessible by people with the 'Potential' to summon a persona. In between 12:59AM and 1:00AM the world is engulfed in green lighting and everyone without the potential is transmogrified into a coffin. Shadows begin roam all over the world and Gekkoukan High School transforms into the high tower Tartarus.
