- A verse from the Scripture of Miroku is viewable in the opening of the original release of Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne. This was removed in Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Maniax in favor of The Journal of a Man Who Wandered into Another World and later returned in Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne Maniax Chronicle Edition. Until the release of Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster, there was no official translation of this text.
