Eita is an orphan that lives in the underground city of Yaesu.
He's the leader of all the orphans that live there with him alongside Marduk the Deity

Eita first meets Marduk when he reaches Yaesu, Marduk due to the similar appearance Eita had with Yoshio Nishino's son Chita Nishino swears to protect him from all danger and so sets a barrier in Yaesu that protects it from demons.
Once Ayato Katsuragi reaches Yaesu he find Marduk and discovers he used to be his former captain, Yoshio Nishino but now has been revived as Marduk due to having been killed before. Katsuragi is happy for this reunion but they're interrupted by Isamu Yamase who summons Lamashtu the Femme just before getting killed by Marduk.
After a fight Marduk is sealed in the mesopotamian tablet Labis Sigil and Katsuragi now enraged defeats Lamashtu once and for all. Eita sees all the fight and asks Katsuragi if Marduk is dead, he can reply or not but regardless Eita says that they all have lived alone for long enough without Marduk's help, so that they can survive this and that he won't let Marduk's teachings go to waste as he swears humans will have a future and that they'll survive long enough for Marduk to return.
