"Hoshi To Bokura To"[a] is the ending song for Persona 5 that plays after the defeat of the final boss. (If an alternate ending is achieved earlier due to certain player choices, the credits play "Freedom and Peace" instead.) The theme also plays in Persona 5 Royal if the original ending is achieved due to the requirements for the new 3rd Semester not being met, and seeing this ending is required to unlock it in the Thieves Den. It was composed and arranged by Shoji Meguro with lyrics by Shigeo Komori, and is sung by Lyn Inaizumi.
An instrumental piano arrangement, titled "Hoshi To Bokura To -piano version-", plays in a cutscene while Morgana speaks after the boss is defeated. The theme also appears as a leitmotif in other tracks relating to the Phantom Thieves, such as "Swear to my Bones" and "Our Beginning".
Both arrangements are present on the Persona 5 Original Soundtrack album.
