Okina is a recurring type of Shadow in the Persona series.

Profile

Okinas were introduced in Persona 4. They appear as humanoids in period clothing that wear masks with "IX" written on them to show their relationship to the Hermit. Okinas sit upon structures resembling shrine gates that are made up of two humanoid statues, like two servants holding up their master.[1] They also carry walking sticks, similar to the Hermit in the Rider-Waite tarot deck.
