Black Frost's is designed to be a dark counterpart to Jack Frost's design. In {{link|game|SMT3}} Black Frost appears as a black chubby snowman like creature, with arms and legs. His face is made up of two red eyes angled to make him look angry, he is without a nose, and has a mouth with a gradient from black to red, that also has two small white teeth sticking out of the top. He also has four sharp, claw like fingers per hand, and a small tail the same colour as his body. He wears a purple cap with long, bent horns sticking outwards from the back half of the top. His cap also has a small yellow demon like symbol on the front, and extends down to cover roughly where ears would normally go.
