Kappei Yamaguchi is a Japanese voice actor with roles on multiple long running anime series. Some of his notable roles include Kaito Kid and Shinichi Kudo in Detective Conan, L in Death Note, and Usopp in One Piece. In the Persona series, he voices Teddie in Persona 4 and its spinoffs.
