Agrat bat Mahlat was designed by [[Masayuki Doi]] for [[Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance]]. She wears a witch's pointed hat and robe as a reflection of her status as a witch queen, and holds an umbrella both as a magical implement for her power and a status symbol as it was commonly associated with royalty in various cultures. As she is the daughter of Lilith she was given a younger appearance, having a youthful face with red eyes, pointed ears, and short hair. To emphasize her inhumanity the rest of her body, primarily her arms and legs, appears as a combination of bones and a ball jointed doll.<ref>https://twitter.com/megaten_atlus/status/1775085773500350613</ref> As with all members of the [[Qadištu]], she has a pair of angelic black wings.
