Field Hunts are a mechanic in Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner and Digital Devil Saga: Avatar Tuner 2. In specific areas the player can enter a real-time action mini-game, weak demons are represented as floating orbs and Serph in his demon form runs around and hits them to gain an XP boost.
