A bespectacled man who was a gladiator of Valhalla. After becoming a champion, he moved into the Center and lives a nice and easy life. He is described as having a small stature and used his opponent's strength against them.

At the Colosseum, multiple statues of previous Valhalla champions can be found, including one of Otomo Akira, where it's plaque will recount how despite his size, he consistently defeated all manner of opponent through using their power to his advantage.
Otomo Akira can be met in person in the Center, where he will express his relief that he had finally escaped his life as a gladiator and can now live in comfort in the Center.
