This design was a significant departure from prior depictions of Lucifer, being a tall, thin and bald alien-like creature with extremely pale skin. He wears a long sleeved shirt that exposes his chest, a corset around his waist with multiple belts, tight pants, and strapped boots, all golden and marked with intricate patterns. His eyes are bulbous and black, and while his right arm loosely fits his shirt his left arm is exposes, as it has a massive tumor in the forearm that twitches and pulses, and is contained by metal restraints.
