As a popular transfer station for traveling around Tokyo, Shibuya is one of the initial explorable locations. Multiple Confidants are available during the afternoon and evening, as well a broad range of shops and activities around the various sub-areas, particularly Central Street. Additionally, for a short time one of the accessways by the Ginza Line Gate hosted the planning 'Hideout' of the Phantom Thieves.
