Rika and the Newbie arrive, and are told that Acolytes are the one spreading the new drug around, causing gang wars in the area as other criminal syndicates cannot match the power of demons. Alongside the rising suicide rates, Rika, Newbie and Megakin are assigned to investigate the incident. | ||

They are attacked by demons after investigating, and escape, but Shiang infects a PC within the building with malware, and discovers the mastermind of the operation: Masahiro Sawada, a modern artist who is selling forgeries of his own work. Shiang mentions that Sawada is surrounded by rumors of plagiarism and was involved with a similar case 5 years ago. | ||
