In Royal, the Baton Pass is no longer locked behind a party member's Confidant and is available immediately when they join the party. In Penguin Sniper, it is possible to upgrade the Baton Pass rank by playing darts with a party member. There are 3 ranks (all party members are at rank 1 by default). Rank 2 allows the character to gain a little bit of HP after being passed to and rank 3 increased the HP regen as well as grants a little bit of SP. | |||
