Purpose
Notice template used to suggest that a page be moved (renamed). This will also add it to Category:Pages for moving.
Usage
| Parameter | Description |

| 1 | The suggested new name that the article be moved to. |
| reason | Enables a reason to be given for why the page should be moved. |
