Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse
Vishnu-Flynn is the entity born from Krishna forcibly merging himself with an unconscious Flynn, created to combat YHVH's machinations and usher in his desired salvation. He fights Nanashi and his party in the heart of the Cosmic Egg.
Bonds Route
Vishnu-Flynn stands in the way of Nanashi and his friends, perceiving their intent to destroy the Cosmic Egg. He takes special notice of Nanashi's decision to remain human and abandon Dagda, further fueling his distrust and hopelessness in humans and his desire to provide them with salvation. As the battle plays out, the deity begins to struggle with keeping his composure, as Flynn internally fights for control. Nanashi or his partner can reach out to Flynn—either by calling out to him or attacking Vishnu-Flynn—in an attempt to motivate Flynn. However, the deity wrests bodily autonomy back and transforms into a more violent-looking second form out of bloodlust.
Despite the transformation, Flynn continues to struggle from within the entity, causing Vishnu-Flynn to falter. In combination with Nanashi's attacks, it reaches a point to where Vishnu-Flynn can hardly stand, forcing the entity to separate back into Krishna and Flynn.
Massacre Route
Vishnu-Flynn opposes Nanashi, perceiving his intent to claim the Cosmic Egg for himself. He refuses to give up the Egg, as Nanashi and Dagda's desires do not align with his planned salvation. He takes special notice of Nanashi's decision to throw away his humanity then questions the boy's intentions for doing so. As the battle progresses, Vishnu-Flynn is taken aback by Nanashi's overwhelming strength. Dagda takes this moment to mock the deity for believing himself as equal to Nanashi, enraging Vishnu-Flynn and causing him to transform into his violent-looking second form.
Despite the transformation, Nanashi continues to chip away at Vishnu-Flynn, with Dagda citing that the outcome of their duel was determined from the start due to Krishna forcing Flynn into the fusion. Eventually, Vishnu-Flynn is defeated, splitting into Krishna and a now deceased Flynn.
