Demons

Skills
There is a multitude of unused skills, the majority of them having the placeholder description of "Boss-only spell" and a fire element icon. It is possible to add them to the skill list of a Persona via cheating, but most of them will softlock the game when used in battle; the character's Persona will perform its summoning animation, but no effect will play and the game will be stuck. This behavior is not caused by any sort of incomplete data due to the skills being unused, as actual boss-exclusive skills present in the final game will also cause the same effect.
The skill "B," whose Japanese name translates to "Hereafter Freeze," will freeze the game not by being used but just by having its name be seen on-screen in any menu.

Items
There are multiple pie items whose descriptions mention being baked by Yuka Ayase. In one interview, Tadashi Satomi and Kazuma Kaneko detail that in an early draft of the game's story, there would be a plot point involving cooking Ambrosia during the Snow Queen Quest, in which Ayase would take part[1].
Consumables
The three different apple pie items have similar names in Japanese that might look the same at first glance, as some of the characters used in the names are nearly identical. In the localized version of the game, two of the three apple pie items share the same name.

Music
One piece of background music inside the game's files goes unused in the final version of the game. The Complete Recording Edition release of the soundtrack gives that track the name of "Time Count Event."
As the PSP port of the game has a completely different soundtrack from the PlayStation original, this unused background music is not present there.
