Tomokazu Sugita (杉田 智和, Sugita Tomokazu) is a Japanese voice actor. He is best known for his roles as Gintoki Sakata in Gintama, Kyon in Haruhi Suzumiya, Joseph Joestar in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Gundham Tanaka in Danganronpa, and Ragna the Bloodedge in BlazBlue.
In the Megami Tensei franchise he is best known for voicing Yusuke Kitagawa from Persona 5, as well as Raidou Kuzunoha XIV from the Devil Summoner series.

Trivia
- In 2014, he participated in the official Persona Stalker Club program to promote Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. As he was yet to be announced for Persona 5, he was officially invited as the voice of Ragna, protagonist of Arc System Works' flagship BlazBlue series. Nevertheless, Sugita appeared on camera in full Yukiko Amagi cosplay and did impressions of Persona 4 voice actors Unsho Ishizuka (Ryotaro Dojima), Showtaro Morikubo (Yosuke Hanamura), and Mitsuaki Madono (Tohru Adachi).[1]
