Formatting

Hm, is the formatting on this one a little odd for translated quotes? Here's one I made earlier:

"明智吾郎「俺の母親は、悪い男の愛人だったって。」" Translation: "Akechi: "I told you my mother was the mistress of a good-for-nothing man." (愛人 aijin refers to a mistress, often of a powerful man, and often paid or compensated in other ways.)" Persona 5 Royal (PC). Developed by Atlus. Published by Atlus. ja. Translation by Vashti.

The quote marks on quote= are around the speaker as well as the quoted text—which additionally doesn't work, because Japanese text is not quoted in straight English-style quotes like that. Should the quotes be added by the user? Plus, should translquote= be in brackets or similar to set it off? It again has the same problem with the speaker's name being inside the quote marks.
