Social Link
In Persona 4 and Persona 4 Golden, Hisano is the Death Social Link. The protagonist does not meet her until leveling up Devil to rank 4. After maxing her Social Link, she gives the protagonist her Old Fountain Pen which allows fusion of Mahakala.

Generally speaking, Hisano can be found at the Samegawa Flood Plain when the protagonist has a day off school. This is mostly Sundays plus other holidays. For example, Monday July 18th is a holiday, and Hisano will be at the river bank. On the other hand, she will not be present on Sunday, June 12th. She will also never be there during rain or any kind of bad weather.
