In Persona 4 and Persona 4 Golden, Eri is the Temperance Social Link. The protagonist meets her by working part-time at a daycare in Inaba. You must work once at the daycare before you are able to get rank 1 in her Social Link. After maxing her Social Link, she gives the protagonist a Clover Bookmark which allows fusion of Vishnu.

Persona 4 Golden

Eri's Social Link coincides with the daycare job, which Monday, Friday and Saturday afternoons. Note that daycare is cancelled if the weather is bad.
