Bebe can be found outside the home economics room at Gekkoukan. Since he is a school-related Social Link, he is unavailable on the week before exams, and also unavailable when school is on vacation.

Both the protagonist first meets Bebe during Bunkichi Kitamura and Mitsuko Kitamura's rank 3 Social Link event. After, the protagonist can find Bebe in the home economics room at school and join so long as they have Academics rank 2 to decipher the sign. Any responses given during the protagonist's first meeting will result in rank 1.
