In Persona 3 Portable Akihiko replaces Mamoru as the Star Social Link for the female protagonist. Although Akihiko's Social Link is for the Star Arcana, his character represents the Emperor Arcana.

Akihiko's Social Link can be started on May 25th. This requires the female protagonist has Charm rank 4 and ask him if he wants to walk home together.
