In Persona 4 and Persona 4 Golden, Ai is the Moon Social Link. The protagonist meets her by establishing a Strength Social Link by joining a sports team (soccer or basketball), then ranking it up to 4, at which point Ai joins the sports team as the manager. After maxing her Social Link, she gives the protagonist her Compact which allows you to fuse Sandalphon.
