Profile

Origin

His name means ‘red clay’. According to the Book of Genesis 2:7 of the Old Testament, life was born when the One God breathed into the nostrils of a body made of clay the breath of life.

From Verse 15 et seq., he was allowed to dwell in the Garden of Eden, where he named the birds and beasts of the air. He lived naked, but after eating the forbidden fruit of knowledge, he covered his loins with fig leaves.

For this, he was condemned to return to the earth and banished from paradise.

With his wife Eve, he had sons Cain, Abel, and Seth. He was 130 years old when Seth was born, and many more sons and daughters followed, but he died at the age of 930.

In this work, he and Eve were considered the guardians of the heavens. The fact that the pattern on his body closely resembles the design of Yaldabaoth's face is a sign that he was his creature.[1]
