After landing at the HAARP Facility, Serph and Sera attempt to appeal with God to end his destruction of the Earth. Sera attempts to communicate to him by transmitting Data from the Facility's machines to the Sun, however her attempts fail and the Facility catches on fire. The pair instead decide to transmit their own Data to the Sun, and during this process, are combined together into a single entity named Seraph.

Seraph's appearance resembles an androgynous looking human, which is also reflected by their Atma Avatar, Ardha, who is said to be half-male and half-female, bridging together masculinity and femininity.
